Policar CAR05b Ferrari 312 B2 No. 5
The Ferrari 312 B2, arguably one of the most beautiful F1 cars of the early 70s, was a new design rather than an evolution of the 312 B. It came with a new squared nose cone and sides, a rear wing moved towards the tail and a typical shock absorbers and springs setup which, rather unusually, was located under the rear wing. The 12 cylinders boxer engine was rated at 470 hp. In 1971 the 312 B2 won two races, the Dutch Grand Prix and the German Grand Prix. This car was driven by Clay Regazzoni at Silverstone.
The Policar brand developed with Slot.it technology to create exciting 'magnet free' racing for the true enthusiast. High quality finish and body detail throughout the model, including engine detail and full driver with true helmet design.
