Staffs 90 15.8 x 10mm Minilite Aluminum Wheels, WHITE for 3/32" axles. These wheels feature a hubless design, dual ribs and use M2 set screws (included). There are several holes around the circumference of the wheel between the ribs to further lighten the wheel. The dual rib design lets you run tire with an air gap or tires that fill the gap between the ribs. You will need a 0.9mm hex driver (not included) to loosen / tighten the set screws.
